This operator-friendly model provides a complete analysis of department sales, function total and actual drawer totals. The cashier has the option of supplying a printed customer receipt or a journal tape.

 

The ER-180UL comes with 34 different function keys covering the main operations required for any basic retail or hospitality operation. It has a built-in thermal printer that can be configured to operate as a receipt or journal printer. Good quality silent printing and you can add your business details to the receipt offering a custom receipt to your customers.

 

The ER-180UL now features a large customer display as standard and memory to store up to 500 Product PLU’s you can control the sales of you key products in your store.

3 Year Warranty (BTB)
Ring A Till warrants its Sam4s Cash Registers for a period of 36 Months from purchase date.
Any defects due to faulty materials or manufacture will be repaired FREE OF CHARGE of labour and materials within the warranty period. Misuse, neglect, excessive voltage input, reprogramming and data loss WILL NOT be covered under the warranty.

NB: Batteries, Power Supplies, Keyboards and Drawer Units are not covered.

  • Once you have completed your order, if you would like your new till to be programmed, please send a list along with your order ID to sales@ringatill.co.uk

    Programming has a £40 + VAT charge for any Cash Register purchased from Ring A Till. This is optional. 

  • All hardware products supplied by Ring A Till are covered by a minimum of 12 month’s back to base manufacturer’s warranty. Any defects due to faulty materials or manufacture will be repaired FREE OF CHARGE of labour and materials within the warranty period. Misuse, neglect, excessive voltage input, reprogramming and data loss WILL NOT be covered under the warranty.  Ring A TIll will pay the cost involved in sending the repaired product back to the reseller.

    Warranty Procedure:-

    1: Contact Ring A Till Service Department for a Returns Number, quoting Serial number, Make and Model and brief details of the fault.
    2: Return the machine back to us, placing a copy of the Returns Number in the box.
    3: We will repair or replace the machine and return it back to you.
    Any products returned back to Ring A Till without an authorised returns number will not be accepted and returned back to sender.

    Exclusion: ALL AA Internal Batteries are not covered under the 12 months warranty.

    In addition to our 12 months warranty we provide an extended warranty on selected brand’s.  Please check with the product listing.

    2 Year Warranty (BTB)
    Ring A Till warrants its Bixolon Printer’s for a period of 24 months from purchase date.
    Any defects due to faulty materials or manufacture will be repaired FREE OF CHARGE of labour and materials within the warranty period. Misuse, neglect, excessive voltage input, reprogramming and data loss WILL NOT be covered under the warranty.

    NB: Batteries, Power Supplies, Keyboards and Drawer Units are not covered

    3 Year Warranty (BTB)

    All Honeywell scanners are covered by a 3 year warranty except the Honeywell Voyager scanner is covered by 5 years manufacturer’s warranty.

    Please Note: Ring A Till will only cover costs of repair due to manufacturer’s defect and the cost of returning equipment back to the distributor or manufacturer. It is the purchasers responsibility to cover cost of carriage to Ring A Till.

    Check individual items for level of warranty guarantee.

    Ring A Till does not offer interim replacement devices while a faulty device is being repaired.
